The view was fine, but the toilet paper was miles away from the toilet, and hot water? Nonexistent for three days. I expected special treatment, but alas, no welcome gift or room upgrade in sight. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't. No room for mediocrity.

New-fashioned & cosy unit with outsize leather chairs.

Fine views of the Ionian Sea.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was unacceptable, with cobwebs present and a dirty floor that detracted from our comfort. The bathroom had a persistent drainage issue that was never resolved, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.

the hotel staf was terible. First of all I made reservation 20 day in advance for 16 rooms, It was confirmed from the hotel and 5 days before the hotel cancell all my reservation. After long discusing thay promis me 3 apartaments with two bedrooms with 3 beds. So its 18 beds. Also my friend reservation Agim Gorcaj he passed his reservation in my name.. Try to imagine when we arrive thay give to us ( 30 people) only 3 double bedrooms. We lost all the night looking for hotels in that chaos becaus it was big celebration. With one word, thay left us in the street with 22 adults, 10 big childs and 9 small childs. BIGG-BIGG SHAME. P.S I hoope this hotel have to pay penalty for this terible situatin

What stands out, both good and bad
The staff was awesome, always responsive with a clean room and a fine sea view from my balcony!
Inconsistent service and limited breakfast options made mornings a bit mundane.

Rooms, location, cleanliness
Facilities advertised on the website not open: i.e. Pool, Restaurant, Mini Bar had nothing in it, even the wine bootle supplied had a beer bottle opener supplied and not a wine bottle opener, lovely hot tub/jacuzzi bath in the room but Hot Water tanks were too small to allow one fill it enough to use.

the lady who served breakfast
The room was cold, no heating except a small mobile radiator which wasn't big enough for the room. So they brought a small fan heater which kept tripping the fuse. You couldn't have the heater and the tv on at the same time! No heating in the hotel at all, we had to have breakfast in our coats. The duvet cover was dirty there was old blood on it. The swimming pool and gym were not available and they were the purpose of choosing that hotel. The exterior of the hotel was one big building site. We only stayed one night.
